Instructions
On any page on Space, click on the arrow next to your profile picture.
In the menu that drops down, click on “profile”
You will be taken to a screen with information about your profile. Click “edit profile”
In the general section, you can change your basic details and add a description.
NB: if you need to change details such as your name and contact details, please ensure you also make these changes in MyPortal, as this is the information the Conservatoire will use to contact you.
You can change your profile picture using Gravatar. If you upload a profile picture through Microsoft 365, it will override you Gravatar picture.
You can also add a range of other info to your profile, including phonetic spelling of your name, your pronouns, and Collaboration Database tags.
When you are happy with these settings, click “Update”
