Overview
We are aware of an error that is currently occurring when attempting to access Koala Indicative Resource lists on Space. When the resource list is opened within Space, one of the following two issues appears:

A grey box appears containing an icon that indicates an error. When hovering over the grey box, the following error message appears:
“The connection is blocked because it was initiated by a public page to connect to devices or servers on your local network.”
- A message appears stating “Browser blocking access to Talis content”. Below that is a button allowing you to open the resource list in a new tab.
This answer contains instructions detailing how to work around this error. Please ensure you follow the instructions relevant to your browser.

Chrome/Microsoft Edge
When a Koala resource list is opened on Space, it will display error 1 (outlined in the overview of this guide). You will need to open the resource list in Koala via: https://leedsconservatoire.rl.talis.com/index.html
Once you have opened Koala, enter your module code in the search bar displayed on the Home page. The list will display under “Lists”.
Safari
On Safari, the resource list will display as error 2 (outlined in the overview of this guide). You can access the resource list by clicking the “Open in new tab” button.
However, to ensure this error doesn't display again, you can enable cross-site tracking in your browser settings. To do this, open your browser settings, go to “Privacy” and un-check the box next to “Prevent cross-site tracking”.
Firefox
Resource lists should function as expected on Firefox, however if you do experience any problems, please ensure to contact space@lcm.ac.uk with details of the error (including screenshots) and your browser version.
