Pages to PDF (macOS)

Instructions

1. In the top left of your window, go to “File”, hover over “Export To” and select “PDF...”.

2. In the pop-up box, choose your “image quality”, ensure that “Require password to open” is not selected, then press “Save...”.

3. Title your document using the assignment code and your student ID. If you have multiple files to submit, ensure your document contains additional descriptive information.
  • Example: MEX4E001R~001 01234567 Essay

4. Select the folder you wish to save your document in from the “Where:” drop-down menu, then press “Export”. This will save and store your PDF in the selected location.
