Navigating on Desktop
Once you’re logged into My Portal, you can navigate through different sections using the Navigation Bar, located on the left-hand side of the page.
This can be expanded and collapsed by selecting the Expand Side Menu/Collapse Side Menu button in the top left corner of the interface.
Navigating on Mobile
On mobile, the navigation menu is not always visible. To access it, tap the three horizontal lines located at the top left corner of the screen. This will expand, allowing you to navigate to different sections of the portal.
