Requesting a Change to my Enrolment: Overview

Instructions

1. On the My Portal dashboard, under “My Enrolment Information”, select “Request a Change to my Enrolment”. 
 
 
 
2. From the “Request type” dropdown list, select the type of request you would like to make. The three available options are:
