Instructions
1. On the My Portal dashboard, under “My Enrolment Information”, select “Request a Change to my Enrolment”.
2. From the “Request type” dropdown list, select the type of request you would like to make. The three available options are:
- Suspension
- Withdrawal
- Programme Transfer
3. From the “Request Type” drop down list, select “Suspension” and then select “Continue”.
4. Review the statement presented at the top of the page. Once you have read and understood this, select all relevant checkboxes and fill in all required text fields. Then, select “Continue”.
5. Fill out the Enrolment Change request details form.
Ensure to upload any documentation that supports your request. To do this:
- Select the “Upload Evidence” button
- Select “Browse My Computer” and then select the file from your device
- Once the File Status displays as “Successfully Uploaded”, select “Close”.
6. Once the details are filled and your evidence is uploaded, select “Continue”.
7. Ensure that all details of your programme transfer request are correct, then select the checkbox to confirm this.
- Select “Back” to make changes.
- Select “Continue” to proceed.
8. You will be presented with two consecutive messages stating that your request is being processed. Press “Next” to proceed.
9. A message will be presented to you, stating that a member of staff will review your request. Select “Return to Portal”.
