If you are a new student, this information is what was provided on your application form. If you are a continuing student, it will show what we already have on record. If you need to update any of this information, you can do so by clicking “Update”.

Instructions

1. In the Navigation Sidebar select “My Enrolment”.

2. Select the "Contact Details" button.

3. There are four sections of this form to complete. To edit these sections, select the “Update” button and enter the relevant information.

  • Home Address: This is your permanent address for letters and certificates.
  • Study Address: This is where you live whilst studying.
  • Correspondence Address: This is your preferred current correspondence address.
  • Email and Phone: Your telephone, mobile, alternative mobile number(s) and email address can be entered here. It is mandatory to include an email address here. Please provide your British mobile number and an email you have access to as these may be used to contact you.
Please ensure you provide a study address to help you with your Council Tax exemption. If you do not have a study address yet, please leave this blank and update as soon as possible after enrolment. For more information about Council Tax see here. This will be one of the addresses on your Student Status and Bank letters.

4. Once you have completed all sections, you can select "Confirm" to return to the My Enrolment page.
