New students: The course details should match your application. If any details are incorrect, please click the “Not Correct” button to contact the Admissions team.
Continuing students: If you are wanting to transfer course, please enrol on your current course and request the transfer from My Portal after speaking to your Academic Manager and HE Course Administration Team.
Otherwise, select “Details Are Correct” to confirm and complete this section.
Note: If you are starting a course at Foundation Year the Level of Study will be Level 3.
Instructions
1. In the Navigation Sidebar select “My Enrolment”.
2. Select the "Course Details" button.
3. Your course details will be presented to you. Check that the information is correct and select the relevant option.
If your details are correct:
1. Select “Details Correct – Continue”.
If your details are incorrect:
1. Select “Details Not Correct”.
2. In the “Details of error*” text field, enter the details you wish to amend.
3. Select "Continue".
4. You will now be returned to the My Enrolment section. A staff member will process your request and you will be notified when your query has been resolved.
