Saving an Excel Spreadsheet (Windows)

Instructions

The following instructions are for the first time you save a new piece of work. So save your changes to an existing piece of work, you can simply click on the "save" icon.


Click on the file tab on the top left.


In the file menu, click on "Save As".


You will now be able to name your file and choose where it will be saved. Once you are happy with this, click "save".


You can now find the saved spreadsheet in your device’s file browser.
