Instructions
To save a presentation from PowerPoint Online;
In the menu bar, click on “File”
In the File menu, hover over “Export” and choose “Download as PDF” in the menu that pops up
A prompt will appear. Click “Download”. A PDF copy of the presentation will appear in the Downloads folder on your device.
