    To change your password, phone ITSS on 0113 386 1999 or visit them in Room 339 at St. Peter’s Square.

    Your new password must meet the following criteria:

    • Be a minimum of 12 characters long
    • Contain at least one capital letter
    • Contain at least one lowercase letter
    • Contain at least one number (0 – 9)
    • Contain at least one special character (!”£$%^&*(){}[]@)
    • Must not be one of your previous 23 passwords
    • Must not contain your username
    • Must not contain your name
