Instructions
Accessing Life
You can access Life through these methods:
- Visit life.leedsconservatoire.ac.uk
- Visit Space, expand the Systems menu on the top navigation bar, then choose Life
- Visit systems.leedsconservatoire.ac.uk and choose Life
In the top bar of Life, click on the “Jobs and Ops” tab
In the Jobs and Ops section, click on “Click here to post your own community opportunity”
You will be taken to the editor.
Title: Add a simple, descriptive title
Featured Image: this is the image that will act as your post’s thumbnail.
Description: include any relevant information about the opportunity, such as pay, hours, contact details. You can also add any additional media by following the same instructions as those detailed below for the "Featured Image" function.
Adding your featured image:
Featured image: This is the image that will appear as the thumbnail for your post.
Click on “Add image”
You can either drag and drop your chosen files from your file browser, or click “Select Files”
If you click “Select Files”, your file browser will be displayed.
Navigate to and select your desired file and click the “upload” button on the bottom right.
Add any desired alt text or captions and then click “select”
When you’re happy, click "Publish"
