Microsoft Account Cutover – Additional Steps
- You may have to remove your account before you are able to access Microsoft 365, if you have an account on the sign-in page choose “sign out and forget”
- You may need to take additional steps like clearing your browser’s cache, you can find guides on that on the systems and IT page on the student information website, or other information related to the account migration in this answer.
Access Your Microsoft 365 Account
- Navigate to office.com in your web browser, or alternatively you can find the link on the systems portal (portal.leedsconservatoire.ac.uk).
- Once on office.com, press “sign in” either in the banner or in the user menu in the top-right
- When prompted to sign in, enter your full Leeds Conservatoire email address and press next
- For example: 01234567@leedsconservatoire.ac.uk
- You will be redirected to our organisational sign on page, where you enter your conservatoire password and press “sign in”
- Once signed in, you will be redirected to the Microsoft Office Copilot homepage, on the left-hand side you can access the other areas of your Microsoft 365 account.
- On the apps tab, you can take a tour or close the pop-up to start using the office apps in your browser
Microsoft 365 Copilot App
Formerly the Microsoft 365 (Office) app, if
you’d prefer to access your Microsoft account via an app you can install the Microsoft
365 Copilot app on your devices.
