Press and hold your image's thumbnail to show the menu.
Choose “Quick Actions” and “Convert”
A prompt will appear where you can choose the file type. Choose “JPG”
A prompt will appear where you can choose the size. Choose “Original”

There is now a JPG version of your image next to the original in your file browser
